Elevate Bathrooms was proud to be involved in this striking Mt Pleasant home, working alongside Blue Summit Construction to deliver the kitchen and bathroom spaces as part of the new build.
Designed to take full advantage of its elevated setting, the home is carefully positioned to capture impressive views across the Christchurch coastline and lagoon. Generous glazing, thoughtful orientation and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living were key elements of the overall design.
Elevate Bathrooms completed the kitchen and bathroom areas, helping bring together the home’s contemporary architectural style with practical, beautifully finished spaces designed for everyday living.
The open-plan kitchen forms a central part of the living area, with full-height black timber joinery creating a bold contrast against the light plywood monopitch ceilings. Clean lines, carefully selected finishes and considered detailing give the space a modern yet warm character that complements the architecture throughout the home.
The bathrooms continue this approach, combining functionality with refined finishes and a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Each space was carefully executed to complement the wider material palette and detailing of the home.
We are very pleased that this home received a Gold Award at the 2024 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards, in the New Home under $1,000,000 category.
